Obama-Limbaugh Stimulus Package 2009
There has been a lot of talk in Washington the past couple weeks of a $900 billion stimulus package President Obama is proposing. Many argue this isn't the way to solve the current recession the United State's is in. The bill is too partisan and might not even help the American people much while at the same time putting us even more in debt. However one of my personal favorite conservatives, Rush Limbaugh, has proposed a BIPARTISAN stimulus package that happens to be very moderate. This package in a nut shell would cut taxes, as the Republicans want, and spend more, as Obama would like. I don't believe this is a Democrat-Republican issue anymore. We need to try and come together, as Limbaugh has proposed, and forget the partisan attitude during these tough times. I encourage you to check out the stimulus plan. Just go to www.rushlimbaugh.com.

I don't think they'll ever come up with a plan to make everyone happy. :( Who knows where we're heading . . .
ReplyDeleteI think we need to erase party lines and suck it up. This isn't about who's right and who's wrong. We need a fix, but a permanent fix is never a quick fix. Also, do the math, you can't physically borrow your way out of debt. You can leverage yourself out, but not borrow.
ReplyDeleteSince we're being political . . . Did you see this (link below)? $18 billion in bonuses? While I'm having to bite my pennies??? I just keep wondering what these "bonuses" go towards - Do they go back into the economy, or do they go towards things like fat diamonds mined by slave labor? :( What of restraint?
