We'll Miss you Thursday Professor Hartley

I want my blog post this Thursday to be in memory of Professor Hartley as she travels to Chicago. I am extrememly disappointed, as I'm sure the rest of you are, that we do not have class this Thursday. Although I do understand why Professor Hartley must go. I wish you safe travels Professor and hope that this writer's conference is everything you've dreamed of and more. Until Tuesday...

I love great food. Brazilian, Italian, and seafood all tickle my fancy.

Spring Break approaches.

As Spring Break nears we start to see unseasonable tans and major crash dieting. All for this one week of glory in our lives. Spring Break. Some would say it's the one week that defines the rest of your life. Others would say it's where ultimate manhood can be acheived and where you can separate the men from the boys. I myself have been to Panama City Beach, Florida for the past five spring breaks. I intend to make this year the sixth Panama City Spring Break in a row. To me Panama City almost feels like a second home. I know the whole city like I know my own back home. The best times of my life have been spent in Panama City. If anyone is looking for a nice destination for the week we call Spring Break...I would definitely reccomend it.
